Stan Ternent Returns To Management

It has been confirmed today that former Claret's favourite Stan Ternent has accepted the position of manager at Huddersfield Town. Also returning to Huddersfield is former Town player Ronnie Jepson who teams up once again with Stan as his assistant.
It has been confirmed today that former Claret's favourite Stan Ternent has accepted the position of manager at Huddersfield Town. Also returning to Huddersfield is former Town player Ronnie Jepson who teams up once again with Stan as his assistant.
After several successful seasons as manager at Turf Moor, Stan left the club in May 2004, he then joined Gillingham as their manager and brought in Ronnie Jepson as his assistant, unfortunately they couldn't avoid Gillingham being relegated and Stan left at the end of the season, Ronnie continued as manager. After a period out of the game, Stan did some scouting work at Birmingham then in November 2007 he teamed up with Paul Jewell as his assistant. As we all know Derby will be back in the Championship next season after a disastrous short stay in the Premiership. The Longside wish Stan and Ronnie the very best of luck in their quest for success. |
Stan had been currently employed as assistant to Paul Jewell at Derby County, after an approach by Town, the Derby board allowed Stan to leave without any financial penalty. Stan has signed a three year contract and the Huddersfield board hope that Stan IS The Man to lead them into the Championship next season.Bookmark or share this story with:

Good luck to them both but it has to be said there records in the last five years or so are probably worse than anyones.
