Barratt made his Quins debut against the Sharks (South Africa) in February 2003, and was also the club’s ‘Young Player of the Year’ .
He was a regular member of the Quins team that won the inaugural Zurich A League over the 2003/04 season, but a serious knee injury restricted him to just eight appearances last season.
In 2004 he showed considerable potential playing for England U21s in the IRB World Championships & was part of the England Under 21 squad that competed in the World Championship in Scotland in June 2004, before going to New Zealand to take part in the International Rugby Academy

Lucky lucky Pirates, look after him, he is a great player and will be back in the prem soon, very sorry to have lost him but I can understand why he's gone, a real shame

Henry is a great player and offers himself in a few positions not just centre. He has pace, power and a very good eye for the game.
I think that it is a great signing for Cornish Pirates and he will suit how they play. I think providing he stays injury free that he will end up being in the premiership the following season. Hopefully with the pirates! He was unlucky to have the injury when he had as he would have got a lot more game time over the season.
I wish him well and I am sure that he will be great for the pirates and be a fan favourite.
Top man.
