All you have to do is send me emails regarding Sunderland AFC. This can be your views on anything regarding what's happening today or the past. Emails regarding the "Ye Good Old Days" section will also be automatically entered into the competition. The person with them most interesting view will recieve an invitation sent to their email addresses to join up. Remember to send your views to
