Not living in Lincoln anymore gives me an interesting insight into life at Sincil Bank. I say interesting because now I'm having to gather every single piece of information from others, as well as having to rely on accessing websites such as the Lincolnshire Echo over the net. It's only reading the substandard Nottingham Evening Post that you realise how decent our coverage is in the Echo.
In the 5 days I have been in Nottingham, the only sports news has been a quick Jamie Forrester interview for the NEP and the relevation of Andy Cole signing for Forest. The Echo on the other hand has actually had some relatively decent articles, especially the one about the potential new striker.
Although that it is obvious that virtually no-one knows who it is, that from reading the forums and speaking to various others, but the excitement that Jackson has brought still remains. I trust him when he says that he can bring in a striker that will excite us. It remains to be seen whether the hype lives up to reality again.
In other news, I've started working on next season's videos already, and I also won't have the shift patterns on Saturday's that I thought I would be. It now turns out I'll be working fewer Saturday's than I initially though, and those will only be until 2pm. So I will be able to bring you more match reports myself in the near future.
Also, a new Three Dongle (strange word) will now mean I will be able to bring you match reports from the away games as early as humanly possible. I can have the videos online before I even get home, although I probably won't have a chance to do that due to probably driving to any match.
Anyway, normally theimps.tk business should resume within the next few days.
Peace
