Kovacs is the second exciting signing that the Imps have made this summer and it's one that Chesterfield were hoping wasn't going to happen. Many of their fans have expressed disappointment at him leaving, some even expressing shock that he would prefer Sincil Bank to Saltergate.
Janos played 57 times for the men from Saltergate, scoring twice and one of those was against the Imps last season. That came after a spell with MTK Budapest and he also "enjoyed" a spell on loan at York City.
At 6'4 he is likely to prove a difficult obstacle for opposition attackers to get past.
