Steve Coppell's Reading side make the long journey up north to face Hull City at the KC Stadium.The Royals are in fantastic form,having not lost a game since the opening day of the season but face a difficult test against a good Hull City side looking to emulate the success of Reading.

TEAM NEWS

Reading Manager Steve Coppell is unlikely to make any changes from Sunday's side that beat Ipswich 2:0.

Captain Graeme Murty hasn't fully recovered from the knee injury sustained at the Southampton draw. That means Chris Makin will continue at right back.

Nicky Shorey has fully recovered from the knee injury he sustained in the Bank Holiday win over Burnley and will continue at left back.

Former Arsenal midfielder Steve Sidwell has travelled up with the squad to the KC Stadium, but it looks like he'll have to settle for a place on the bench with James Harper and Brynjar Gunnarsson in such fine form.

Dave Kitson started Sunday's game on the bench, and despite getting a 30 minute run out he'll continue on the bench as he builds up to full fitness.

Graham Stack is back in contention after his recent court case.  

Hull City have a couple of injury concerns ahead of tonight's match at the KC Stadium.

Defender Andy Dawson picked up a knee injury in Saturday's 1:1 draw at Southampton and is a doubt.

1 player who definitely won't feature tonight is Roland Edge who is injured and that will mean a shuffle in personnel with either Damien Delaney, Mark Lynch or Scott Wiseman getting the nod.

Both sides enter tomorrow's game on the back of a run that has lasted over 2 months.

The Royals haven't lost since the 6th August when Plymouth were victorious by 2:1. Reading picked up an easy 3 points on Sunday with a 2:0 win over Joe Royle's Ipswich Town. Richard Naylor (OG) and Kevin Doyle the goalscorer's.

The Tigers are back in the Championship after a few years out of the league, and sit in 17th place on 14 points, 3 ahead of 22nd side Sheffield Wednesday,

Peter Taylor's side gained a valuable point away from home on Saturday when substitute Kevin Ellison hit a 79th minute equaliser.
