The RFU issued a number of statements one confirming that the regulations relating to uncontested scrums would remain unchanged for the 2006-7 Guinness Premiership season. Uncontested Scrums Guinness Premiership Regulations

England Rugby takes a step forward at last with the PRL and RFU issuing joint statements today. Agreement was reached on a number of key issues with a commitment to move forward towards finding a new long term agreement to benefit Club and Country. England RFU & PRL Statement
