Sean St-Ledger a Birmingham born Right/Center-Back has been playing his trade in League two with Peterborough United , is currently on a pre-season trial with the Blues . As reported on www.bluenose.tk in Janurary it is believed St-Lesger has been a Steve Bruce target for some time.

According to Peterborough's Official website Sean has attracted intrested from "Several Premiership clubs" . St-Ledger won every player of the season award in 2005.

Sean played 45 minutes for Birmingham in a behind closed doors friendly at Northampton Town , in which we won 3-0.

Barry fry said :  'I have recommended Sean to Birmingham and as he is training with the Blues, it gives manager Steve Bruce the chance to take a closer look at him.'

Meanwhile Birmingham have recieved a bid from Wigan for Blues striker Emile Heskey which is believed to be just below the asking price of which is £5,000,000. Jewell said  "Emile is a proven performer at Premiership and international level," which i completely disagree with , Emile was a proven performer and Premiersip and International level.

Meanwhile the Competition was closed yesterday and drew out of a hat by a independent adjudicator (Lad from the office) and the winner was a e-mail entry "TheRock" however they have not replied to us as yet and the prize goes un claimed , they have 72 hours to reply or another draw will be made.
