On his return he was then sent out to QPR on loan where he played 7 times over 3 months . He was then sent to Watford playing 13 times scoring none. Stephen made his Spurs debut in a 1-0 home defeat against Charlton Athletic on December 28, 2003 . This ironically meant that Stephen Had played at all levels of the english league system on one season! A description of Kelly was found on a Spurs website and things sound promising "Big things are expected of the slight Irishman, and a continuation of the young lads' progress bodes very well for both him and the club."
