In part 12 of out IN FOCUS series we look at Leeds United and their manager Kevin Blackwell. Leeds who lost in last years play-off final are my tip for second place this year , and for a return to the Premiership.

NOTE : Remember this is only my point of view and i do not know your club inside out so if there's minor things wrong it's not the end of the world.

Manager : Kevin Blackwell

Key Player(s) : Kilgallon , Derry and Healy

Tipped by the bookies for : Championship.

05/06 season : Last season Leeds lost in the play-off final to Watford. After 21 wins they finished in 5th place drawing them against Preston in the Semi-Final . They suffered a scare in the first leg with Preston grabbing an away goal , but that wasn't about to stop Leeds United as they thrashed them 3-0 in there own backyard. The final was a very different story though as a well organised Watford side beat a lackluster Leeds 3-0 .

This season : Leeds may have sold Hulse but they have a whole host of goalscorers at the club in Robbie Blake , David Healy , Richard Cresswell and .......Jermaine Beckford HA HA , but if Leeds can be consistent all season i think the will be challenging for the title .

They’ll finish higher if : Urgh can't think of anything but would they really be bothered if they finished 2nd?

What www.bluenose.tk Predict's : 3rd.
