Palace To Be There...

We've reached part 10 in our IN FOCUS series as we look at Crystal Palace. Palace who are also known as the eagles were dumped out of the play-offs last year , losing in the semi-final to eventual winners Watford.

NOTE : Remember this is only my point of view and i do not know your club inside out so if there's minor things wrong it's not the end of the world.

Manager : Peter Taylor

Key Player(s) : Jobi McAnuff

Tipped by the bookies for : Auto Promotion.

05/06 season : Last season Palace finished in the play-offs in 6th place . 8 points away from Wolves below them and 15 points away from 2nd place. Crystal Palace drew Watford in the Semi-Final of the play-offs and in the first leg they were utter crap and lost 3-0 at home . In the return leg the gave a battle but failed to hit the back of the net at all . This saw Ian Dowie (possibly the ugliest manager in football) to leave Palace to move up north , and what a liar he is as he signed as manager of Charlton.

This season : Palace have lost a lot of decent players Johnson , boyce and maybe McAnuff but i think with there fans and Peter Taylor in charge they will be guided to a play-off spot.

They’ll finish higher if : They can get a proven goalscorer at this level to replace Andy Johnson.

What www.bluenose.tk Predict's : 4th
