We look into the 06/07 Championship season , IN FOCUS , the first team we look at is Colchester the newly promoted manager less newcomers , who as it stands are my favorites for relegation. As i look into the reasons why!?

Tipped by the bookies for : Relegation

05/06 season : Colchester Were automatically promoted last term as the finished 2nd , after final day excitement when they got there 2nd place spot thanks to a 0-0 draw with Yeovil. 3 points ahead of Brentford and 3 points behind Southend .


This season : Firstly all newly promoted teams seem to struggle , but as Cochester have sold there star midfielder to us who bagged them 16 goals altogether last term. 8 in the league and 5 in the cup and was a major part of there promotion success , but now the manager left to pursue a career with Hull , with no sign of any decent iniment signings i think they will struggle.

They’ll finish higher if : Chris Iwelumo can score 17 goals or more this season , and sign atleast 2-3 experienced Championship players

What www.bluenose.tk Predict's : 24th ATM Colchester don't have the quality that is needed to survive in the Championship , but i may be proved wrong as there is still plenty of time to sign new players....
