Now it's Manchester United's turn with the Red Devils in Barcelona hoping to take a giant leap towards an all-English final in Moscow.

Late team news has been announced and the Reds have been hit with a huge blow with Vidic ruled out meaning Wesley Brown will partner Rio Ferdinand at the heart of the defence, with Owen Hargreaves slotting into an uncomfortable right-back role.

Carlos Tevez will partner Wayne Rooney in attack, with Paul Scholes set to make his 100th Champions League appearance. Anderson, Ryan Giggs and Nani will all have to be content with a place on the substitute's bench.

Meanwhile, Barcelona have dropped former Arsenal striker Thierry Henry to the bench meaning United's main focus will be the Catalan's playmaker Lionel Messi.

This promises to be a huge test for United and late changes to the defensive quartet will not help. United will be desperate to bring a positive result back to Old Trafford next Tuesday but it promises to be tough.
