Airdrie -Vs- Motherwell Friendly preview

The friendly match tonight means very little in the grand scheme of things and that's like saying having Partick Thistle beat us is an acceptable result.

We may not have played Motherwell in a competitive match since 2001 or played them in a league match since 1993, 12 years ago! Yet Motherwell are still our biggest rivals.

Tonight's match will see Sandy continue to use several trialists Gary Twigg, Colin Marshall, Frazer Coyle and Andy Dowie amongst them. Whether we will see Sandy using what should be his first eleven, or an experimental combination is still to be seen.
