Parking problems for CIS cup game.
By Stomp Admin August 21 2008
Airdrie have contacted us in a bid to warn fans about parking concerns for the upcoming Cooperative Insurance cup match against Hearts. It seems there are a load of road works in and around the area travelling supporters usually park. Basically spaces will be at a premium.

So basically look at your travelling plans and if your running a bus contact the club so Hearts have an idea of what to expect.

You have been warned!

If four adults can travel by train together you can get a group save ticket to Haymarket for the price of 2 cheap day returns (£19.60). The first train you can use this ticket with in the evening is the 18:30 from Queen Street that arrives Haymarket about 19:15. This train calls at Croy at 18:42 which is about a 20min drive from Airdrie and the car park should have plenty of spaces by then. If you wanted to go through to Edinburgh early the last train in the afternoon in which cheap day return fares are valid is the 16:30 from QS or 16:42 from Croy. If you are going with kids (<16yrs) then up to two kids can travel free with one fare paying adult on a cheap day return branded as a "kids go free ticket".

Do you have to book these tickets in advance ?

I'm pretty sure you just buy these on the day.
