Airdrie Versus the bookies favourite
By Stomp Admin August 16 2008
Airdrie made it to our first quarter finals in five years but today we are back on league duty where everything counts. The tough start to the season continues as Dunde come to call, probably one of toughest fixtures this seaon. Dundee are favourites to win the league ad have two wins under their belt against Clyde andRossCunty sees them sitting top of the league already.

After reading the Airdrie official site it seems Kenny Black wasn't very impressed by our lack of endeavour after Wednesday night's game against East Fife, fine we won but we should have gone on and dominated that match.

Today there can be no half measures we have to give it everything, other than Paul Lovering whose suspended for another match, Kenny Black has a full squad to choose from and I think we can see that at home he has chosen to play a 4-4-2 formation and the squad is becoming familier.

Dundee on the other have a couple of concerns David Cowan is available for the visit to Airdrie after recovering from a head knock. Craig McKeown signed from Clyde during the closed season defender will not be rushed back following hernia operation.

The Stomp Predicts

Prediction Stats Airdrie v Dundee
Home Win: Percentage 25% [22]
Away Win: Percentage 26% [23]
Draw: Percentage 48% [42]

Looks like we are hoping for a draw rather expecting one?

The Score will be?

1-1 Percentage 27% [24]

2-1 Percentage 17% [15]

1-2 Percentage 13% [12]

0-0 Percentage 13% [12]

Since I started using the prediction league as a gambling tool, putting £1 only on each of the top three predictions I'm now £12 down, will that change today?
