Like every year the site will be compiling a guide for those rambling to away games, if you have any comment to make, where to drink where to avoid add them to the bottom of the announced threads.

Alloa was always one of those we went to and then left so no idea about pubs,

Chris

I ended up in Alloa by mistake a few weeks ago (don't ask!) and had a pint in the Old Brewery (opposite Tesco). It's literally in the old Maclay's brewery building and has mega plasma screens which - on the day I was there) were showing footie (in fact it was the Killie vs Celtic game that was on.). It also does food (for the wimps, presumably!) - I didn't have any but what was on offer smelled delicious!
