Nickname: Zinedine
Probably one of the most underrated and underestimated players in the league. The quiet man goes about his business with little fuss and commotion and seems to have the habit of getting big wickets at important times. It is very rare you see the big man ruffled, but when he does his technical ability and cricketing brain pulls him through. Mark is not afraid to try something different and has the odd trick up his sleeve, he possesses the knack of tying batsmen down. He bats number 11 but he’s widely regarded by team mates and supporters as the best number 11 in the league.
Mark has a frightening resemblance to Real Madrid and France legend Zinedine Zidane hence the nickname, however during pre game warm ups with the football he unfortunately doesn’t possess the same skills and often finds himself between the sticks.
