LGSA Away Travel to Harrogate Railway

By Matt Lawton October 8 2008
After operating a successful trip to the recent UniBond Premier League fixture away to Buxton, the Leigh Genesis Supporters Association will be running coach travel to the FA Trophy First Qualifying Round tie against Harrogate Railway Athletic on Saturday 18th October.

As was suggested at a recent LGSA meeting, the cost of the travel will operate on a ‘sliding scale' basis, with the current cost of travel being £13 each, although this price may reduce to a bargain £6 each if all available seats are taken.

The coach will depart from the Waterside Inn (Twist Lane, Leigh) at 11am on Saturday 18th October, arriving at Station View well in time for the 3pm kick off, with the coach leaving shortly after the final whistle.

Should Steve Bleasdale's side win this tie, the club will be in line to receive almost £2,500 in prize money, so do your bit and get behind the lads with the LGSA!

If you would like to reserve a seat on the coach, reply to this post via the LGSA official forum or alternatively you can send an e-mail to info@lg-sa.co.uk. Places are limited so get in touch as soon as possible to make sure that your seat is reserved.

We are now using this as the official booking thread, I need 100% positive yes's only on here. Things are getting confusing and I want to make sure this thread doesn't get mixed up in other coversations.
Just say YES and the number of people you are 100% definatly bringing and leave it at that please.

We're up to 29 and still rising, though whether that makes it any cheaper I shall leave to Tony as he's better with the figures!

Right, costs for Harrogate are now at £10 per person, get a few more and iot's £9, fill the bus and it's around the £7 mark. The bus company have added some hidden costs on to the hire and I can't find out what they are.

Will happily show anyone the costs on Saturday to make sure that we are fully transparent.

Jintys "gonna let me know", Mozzo's a no cos he's in Brum (the place not the car) & its best to ask Dicko at the game tonight as hes normally in work until 12 on Saturday
