Hilton Park hosts it's first game of the season on Tuesday 19th August (7:45pm kick off) while the club's dazzling new home at the Leigh Sports Village may host it's first game against Whitby Town on Saturday 20th September.

The festive period will see Leigh Genesis host Witton Albion on Boxing Day before a New Years Day trip to Kendal Town, not as far as the previous year's visit to Workington but a lengthy journey to Cumbria nonetheless.

The fixtures that most supporters will have looked to first are the games against FC United of Manchester, who will visit Leigh on Tuesday 7th October before the return game at Gigg Lane on Saturday 14th February 2009, while local rivals Prescot Cables are early season visitors on Tuesday 2nd September; the visit to Merseyside coming on Tuesday 11th November.
