| 19-21 March – Malaysian
GP, Sepang F1 Circuit Da Matta: “2003 was my first Malaysian Grand Prix and like most of the circuits throughout the season, I had just the one hour of free practice on Friday morning to learn the track. This is one aspect of racing in 2004 that I am looking forward to, being on the same playing field as the other 19 drivers on the grid on Friday morning. I like the Sepang track a lot. It's a long lap at 5.5-kilometres and has a good mix of corners and two long straights. The track is also very wide, which combined with the two long straights, offers good possibilities to overtake. The heat and humidity make it a great physical challenge as well – all in all a real challenge for drivers.” |
