Good Luck!

Good Luck!
By Andrew Collins May 17 2008
Good luck to Cardiff Blues regional side, Pontypridd as they enter today’s Konica Minolta Cup final at the Millennium Stadium against newly crowned league champions, Neath.

Ponty finished 3rd in the league this season, just 1 place behind traditional rivals, Cardiff RFC, but it was Neath who once again claimed the League title. Cardiff did the double over the champions this year, while Ponty also beat Neath at home earlier in the season, meaning the match really could go either way.

The Blues other regional side, Glamorgan Wanderers finished 11th after a strong start.

Good luck also goes to Cardiff City, who could complete a wonderful year in Welsh sport by taking the highly prestigious FA Cup out of England for the first time in 81 years. Local boy, Joe Ledley, scored the only goal of the Semi Fianls, as they face Portsmouth today.

And finally, good luck to all the Blues players representing Wales in Shane Williams' testimonial match today.

Good luck to all those, lets make it a great day for Cardiff and Welsh sport.
