Leinster Loss Gives Hope
Had Leinster won in Scotland, they would have been crowned champions by now, but a Felipie Contapomi penalty in injury time hit the post to deny them at least until next week. They did however pick up a losing bonus point and have back-to-back fixtures against the Dragons in which to win the league.
The Scarlets suffered in Scotland as well, Glasgow winning 25-23 with two late tries turning the game on its head. It's good news for Dai Young, who is desperate to finish as top Welsh region.
The Dragons completed a miserable season with a 13-11 home loss to Connacht. Future Blue, Ceri Sweeney, had a disastrous match at 10 as Jonny O'Connor went over for Connacht with 5 minutes to go.
Munster are at home to the Ospreys today, and the O's could do Cardiff a big favour by beating the men in red. Munster sit one place behind the Blues, 3 points behind, but with 1 game in hand.
Cardiff face Ulster today at 5.30pm, the match is being covered on S4C, but with reduced ticket prices, why not make the most of the last game of the season at Cardiff Arms Park. Kids tickets are just £1, while adult prices have been reduced, meaning you can see today's game for just £10.
