Stirling Stalemate

Forthbank action
By Methil Milan Man
December 1 2002
Stirling Albion are widely thought to be one of the better sides in the third division this season and with a hard-fought 0-0 draw the end outcome, the Fife fans travelled back home pleased with a valuable away point...
This was a less than impressive East Fife performance with a draw being the fair result on the day. East Fife started with influencial skipper Craig Farnan on the bench, giving way to Jimmy Nairn - in line with last weeks 4-0 winning starting line-up. The ever-improving Jim Butter put in a solid performance as did Gordon Love and the ever impressive Paul Mortimer at the back.
