BAR finally resolve ongoing PPGI saga

An ongoing saga between Lucky Strike BAR Honda and PPGI, which saw the BAR race cars impounded at the French Grand Prix, has finally been resolved.
Earlier today, in Tokyo, Lucky Strike BAR Honda made this announcement:
"Earlier this year PPGI brought a claim against BAR regarding commission based on a sponsorship arrangement made in 1998 with former BAR sponsor Teleglobe. BAR in turn issued a countersuit for damages.
Following mediation, BAR report that both parties have withdrawn their legal claims and no further action will be taken."
So that's that all sorted out then.
