Ray Graydon is not prepared to let the hard work of his team come to nothing because certain players can't keep their cool. Paul Tait was sent off in the 1-0 away defeat of Darlo and Graydon believes it cost us 3 points.

Ray Graydon is not prepared to let the hard work of his team come to nothing because certain players can't keep their cool. Paul Tait was sent off in the 1-0 away defeat of Darlo and Graydon believes it cost us 3 points.
Paul Tait became the first player to be sent off for Bristol Rovers this season and it left a bitter taste in Ray Graydon’s mouth.
Graydon has told BristolRovers.co.uk that he intends to keep the 27-year-old striker despite hinting previously that he could be on his way.
Ray said "He will not be leaving us but he now knows that if he does it again, I'll come down on him harder"
Will Paul Tait learn from his mistake? Time will no doubt tell.
