Rovers sign former QPR Defender

Gas sign their man!
By Michael - AshtonGas September 4 2002
TODAY Rovers captured the signing of former QPR and Southampton defender Christer Warren on a non-contract basis. Ray Graydon and John Still will want too see more of him before deciding on a longer contract.
With a reserve game due to be played tonight, John Still will no doubt want to play him.

He is described as being able to play as a defender, left back, wing back and even as a centre forward. It certainly sounds like we have a versatile player here!

Christer has been given the number 12 shirt and is available for selection on Sunday when The Pirates take on Macclesfield Town.
