Mark Kennedy has spent much of his time at Wolves on the treatment table, and although a visit to his specialist sorted a groin problem out early this season, his hamstring has recently caused him more trouble. New Page 1

Mark Kennedy was due to meet up with his Republic Of Ireland team mates over the weekend but has been forced to withdraw after yet another hamstring injury.

 Kennedy was sent to Germany early in the season where he was seen by a world leading specialist who sorted his hamstring out, allowing Kennedy to play a number of games for Wolves, scoring two goals, one against former club Millwall and most recently against Premiership giants Newcastle.

 Kennedy played the whole 90 minutes in Saturday`s pathetic 4-1 demolition by Brighton but the Wolves boss still believes "Sparky" will be fit for Sundays cup tie against Division 3 side Rochdale.

 "Sparky has had a problem with his hamstring for some time now. We sent him over to Germany to see a specialist and he cured it. But it seems like it’s time for Mark to see him again. We are trying to arrange something for this week so that we can get him across there and sorted out before we play Rochdale on Sunday." Jones told the Official Website.
