Meet your new Un-offy Editor
By TigerChick July 29 2008
As Inky and Ickle Tig welcome an even ickler tig into the world, Tigerchick kindly accepted Inky's offer to take over the helm of the un-offy site, for the foreseeable future. Here in her first interview as the new editor, we meet TC and find out what makes her tick.

Name:

TigerChick

Age:

Never ask a lady that! Ok, over I’m 25 and under 35

Occupation:

I work as an administrator to a lot of very clever academic people

Hometown:

Syston, Leicestershire

How long have you been supporting Tigers?

About 9 years now.

How did you get into Tigers/Rugby?

A combination of friends influences really. I was offered a free ticket to Tigers and was hooked from day one.

First game?

Home to Bristol in 1999

Thoughts after the game?

We won, but apparently we did a lot of that in those days. Some of the players were quite good looking, which was a pleasant surprise! I quite took a fancy to Stimmo and Cozza that day!!

Favourite Tigers player?

At the moment, probably Lewis Moody or Harry Ellis. Fave player ever, Johnno.

Favourite Tigers away trip

Biarritz (what a lovely place), shame about the game.

Favourite Tigers moment?

“That kick” in the European semi, against Llanelli in Nottingham. I was so excited I fell backwards over my seat into the row behind! I was lucky not to break anything (or anyone else for that matter). I knew that from that kick, we could actually win the cup.

Favourite Tigers game?

It’s either the Paris or Cardiff Heineken Cup Final. A tough choice, as both were terrific games. Probably Paris though, as we did beat them in their own back yard!!

If you weren’t a Tiger and had to support any other team, who would it be?

Hmm, not sure about that one, probably Saracens, given that two of my best mates are huge Sarries fans. Plus, the post-match entertainment is far better than at Welford Road!!

Other Miscellanea

Favourite quotes:

He’s not the messiah, he’s a very naughty boy

Your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries

I f*rt in your general direction

Welease Woderwick….

Houston, we have a problem…

Most likely to say when drunk?

I want to be a tree

Don’t run me over, I’m not from round these parts

I think I might be drunk

Favourite chocolate?

I’m a girlie, therefore all chocolate is medicine, but most favourite is probably Cadbury’s Flake.

Favourite alcoholic drink?

Red wine, preferably French or Italian

Who would you most like to be stuck in a lift with?

A lift engineer

Would you rather?

England wins the World Cup or Tigers win the Heineken Cup?

Tigers every time, no matter how excellent the World Cup win was.

Bus or Taxi?

Bus, I’m a cheapskate

Daddy or chips?

Daddy (aahhhh)

From personal experience I'm not convinced about the last two answers.
